မသိဘူးလို႕ အေလးအနက္ ေျပာခ်င္ရင္ heaven knows ကို သံုးႏုိင္တယ္။

  အန္းက ဂ်က္ကို ဘာျဖစ္လို႕ လက္မထပ္ေတာ့ဘဲ စိတ္ေျပာင္းသြားတာလဲ။
  ဘုရားမွ သိမယ္။ ဂ်က္ကိုေတာင္ ဘာေၾကာင့္ဆိုတာ မေျပာဘူး။

• Heaven knows why Jim and Lucy bought a dog. The poor animal’s in the house on its own all day. ဂ်င္မ္နဲ႕ လူစီ ေခြးဘာျဖစ္လို႕ ၀ယ္ေမြးသလဲ ဘုရားမွ သိမွာဘဲ၊ ေခြးေလးခမ်ာ တစ္ေန႕လံုး အိမ္ထဲမွာ တစ္ေကာင္ထဲ။

• Goodness knows what she is up to. She hasn't said a word to anyone the whole day. သူဘာလုပ္မလို႕လဲ ဘုရားမွသိမယ္၊ တစ္ေန႕လံုး ဘယ္သူ႕ကိုမွ စကား တစ္ခြန္းတစ္ေလေတာင္ မေျပာဘူး။

Talk about...! … (တဲ့အေၾကာင္း ေျပာရအံုးမယ္။)

အေလးအနက္ေျပာတာလို႕ သိေစခ်င္ရင္ talk about...! နဲ႕ အစပ်ိဳးႏိုင္တယ္။

• Talk about rich! James is one of the wealthiest men in New York. ခ်မ္းသာတဲ့အေၾကာင္း ေျပာရအံုးမယ္။ ဂ်ိမ္းစ္က နယူးေယာက္မွာ အခ်မ္းသာဆံုးသူေဌးေတြထဲမွာ ပါတယ္။

• Talk about stupid! My new assistant can't get anything right. တံုးတဲ့အတဲ့အေၾကာင္း ေျပာရအံုးမယ္။ ကြၽန္ေတာ့္ လက္ေထာက္အသစ္က ဘာတစ္ခုမွ အေပါက္တည့္ေအာင္ မလုပ္တတ္ဘူး။

There is nothing to touch (ဘာကမွ လိုက္မမီ၊ ၿပိဳင္စံ႐ွားဘဲ။)

အေကာင္းဆံုးဘဲ၊ အႀကိဳက္ဆံုးဘဲလို႕ ေျပာခ်င္ရင္ there is nothing to touch ကို သံုးႏုိင္တယ္။

• There is nothing to touch my mum's cooking. အေမခ်က္တဲ့ဟင္းကို ဘယ္ဟင္းမွ မမီႏိုင္ဘူး။

• There is nothing to touch a glass of chilled white wine on a really hot day. အင္မတန္ပူတဲ့ ေန႕မွာ ေရခဲစိမ္ ၀ိုင္ျဖဴတစ္ခြက္ ေသာက္ရတဲ့ အရသာကို ဘယ္အရသာကမွ လိုက္မမီဘူး။

What about it? (ဘယ္လိုသေဘာရလဲ။ ဘယ့္နဲ႕လဲ။)

ကမ္းလွမ္းခ်က္၊ အၾကံျပဳခ်က္ တစ္ခုခုကို သေဘာတူရဲ႕လားလို႕ အလြတ္သေဘာ ေမးခ်င္ရင္ what about it? လို႕ ေမးႏုိင္တယ္။

• We'd like to offer you the job of manager. What about it? မန္ေနဂ်ာ အလုပ္ကို ကမ္းလွမ္းခ်င္ပါတယ္။ လုပ္မွာလား။

• I'll give you $10,000 for your car. What about it? မင္းရဲ႕ ကား ေရာင္းမယ္ဆိုရင္ ေဒၚလာ တစ္ေသာင္းေမးမယ္။ ေရာင္းမလား။
